# Omega 500 Simulations¶

## Set Characteristics¶

• Simulation type: AMR
• Box size: L = 500 comoving Mpc/h
• Finest cell size: $$\Delta{x}_{\rm min}$$ = 3.81 comoving kpc/h

## Notes¶

• Projected X-ray emissivities are computed using an APEC model (see the yt documentation on X-ray emission fields for details). In the non-radiative simulation, there is no metallicity, hence for computing X-ray emissivities for projections a spatially constant metallicity of $$Z = 0.3~Z_\odot$$ is assumed.
• All images are centered on the cluster potential minimum.
